Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new features become available immediately and we prorate the difference for the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep access to premium features until then.

We offer a 14-day guided trial on the Starter and Professional plans. During the trial you get full access to all features in your chosen tier, along with a dedicated onboarding call to help you set up your first workflow. No credit card is required to begin, and there is no obligation to continue after the trial ends.

We never cut off your service mid-month. If you approach your limit, we send an alert at 80% and 95% usage. Overages are billed at a transparent per-call rate ($0.004 on Starter, $0.003 on Professional). If overages become frequent, we will recommend upgrading to the next tier, which is almost always more cost-effective.

By default, all data is stored in Canadian data centres located in Montreal and Toronto. Professional clients can also choose US-based hosting. Enterprise clients have full flexibility to select from data centres worldwide or deploy on their own infrastructure, ensuring compliance with any regional data-residency requirements.
